We are a young and dynamic Contract Research Organisation dedicated to foster partnerships and advance global infectious disease research. Cores stands for Collaborative Research, as we believe in the strength of collaboration to drive big scientific breakthroughs. We work hand-in-hand with our partners to accelerate discoveries and develop innovative solutions.

Origins

Cores is a spin-off of Royal GD and member of GD Group. Founded in 1919 GD is internationally recognized for its knowledge and expertise in animal infectious disease. The interface between animal and human pathogens is large. Many infectious disease jump species and hence our worldwide recognized expertise in veterinary infectious disease is a logical starting point for research in human health. Our recent efforts in the national control program during the Covid-19 pandemic further substantiated this: we applied our veterinary expertise and capacity to human health research.
